I was having trailer issues and I called Alonzo he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it with his team. They were excellent on communication,reasonable on estimate service price ,and I highly recommend them :)

Came here cause I broke a hub on my 3 car hauler trailer(12k). This is a family run business with dad and 3 sons. Mom in office. They were all super friendly. They took me to the trailer store in a truck so I didn’t have to unhook. If I was local to San An this would be my spot!

I had a really bad experience at this place today. I called this place one day before getting the service done, I needed my trailer floor to be repaired, so I called the place talked to the guy (which is the owner) and I said that I needed about 3 feet of my trailer wood floor to be replaced, he said that charge $30/ft, so I said okay then I asked about labor and hours it would take to get this done, he said it would about an hour to get the job done and the total was going to be about $185 plus tax so I said “no problem I’ll be there tomorrow morning” I got to the place parked my truck and they went up my trailer to take a look at the problem, they started measuring the floor and one of the guys said that it was 4 feet what needed to be replaced, now I’m standing outside of the back of the trailer listening to what’s going on, never did he approach me and said “we need 4 feet instead of 3 and we’re going to charge extra for that” so they keep on working on the floor, meanwhile I’m just standing there seeing what they’re doing, I got there at 11:00am and by 11:45 they’re done fixing my trailer floor, so they said to go to the office to make the payment, I got there and they handed
